Flanged Type Scaffolding System is preferred mostly in building exterior works, elevators shafts works , decoration works and assembly works . Flanged Type Scaffolding System is manufactured according to TS EN 12810 Standards and European Norms and is certified by Turkish Standards Institute (TSE). This system can also be used as shoring system in low slab loads. In the system all work safety precautions have been taken according to TS EN 12810 Standards .
Flanged Type Scaffolding System generally consists of vertical units which flanges placed on and horizontal units which wedges placed on. Vertical units are connected to each other by horizontal units . There are 3 types Flanged Type Scaffolding System according to flange connection type of horizontal elements: Wedge System; Dovetail Head System; Steel Cast Head System.
Wedge System:
By the means of its quick and simple assembly –disassembly property, wedge system is preferred for facade , elevators shafts, decoration and montage works.
Dovetail Head System: The different point of this system according to
wedge system is the connection part which is made by thicker pipe.
In this system horizontal elements are more durable.
Steel Cast Head System: The connection part of horizontal elements is
made by steel cast head. In this system horizontal elements are more durable than other systems.
Horizontal elements can be connected to flanges smaller than the angle of 90 °.
